Open-Government.net – Open sourcing best practices

Authors

In addition to the white paper I have also started up a simple Linkedin group to begin the process of launching the ‘Open Government Innovation Network’.

You can access this from http://Open-Government.net

The main idea is to identify, document and share best practices in this emerging field, and ideally in some kind of open source software form, so that it can literally be shared and adopted by others.

This will initially be targetted to the Microsoft platform, and so will include build models for Sharepoint, Dynamics et al, and the program will support impementation and adoption via service delivery partners too.

Anyone is welcome to join with a view to submitting ideas for new practices, finding out how to adopt them or providing managed services to deliver them.
